A Japanese University Student Life in Vietnam

Coconut coffee is so yummy. Nowadays I am into drinking a coconut coffee. Do you know Coconut coffee? When I have free time I go to cafeteria to get that. A lot of cafeterias have coconut coffee on a menu in Vietnam.Coconut coffee is made from vietnamese coffee and coconut milk.It perfectly mach with bitter taste of vietnamese coffee and sweet taste of coconut milk . I think the person who made a coconut coffee at the very beginning is super genius..he would be genius obviously… Today I was off to my favourite cafe. Then I ordered a coconut coffee as usual. Today I woke up around 7 am. Then I was off to cafeteria near my house.There are a few cafeterias within the range of 1km from my house.It is really convenience for me.I don’t want to stay my house except when I sleep at home at night because when I am in my room, I get sleepy definitely. I have gotten sick recently. It was my first time to get sick in my Vietnam life.I had a headache, a runny nose and a high fever.I didn’t have any medicine so I should have gotten it. But I couldn’t move from a bed for a few days. Finally I  got well a little bit yesterday so I went to a pharmacy.There are pharmacies in Ho Chi Minh on a street. In my case, I cannot speak Vietnamese fluently. I can speak just English.They can not speak English so it is hard to communicate each other.For that reason I had searched a medicine for a my symptoms on a internet(google) and had  taken screenshot before I went there. I showed them a pic then they gave me a medicine which I needed. I bought  4 pieces and the price was just 5000VDN(20cent). Today i am going to tell you about how to look for room in Vietnam. That is not hard. First of all, i can suggest you livening in “Nguyen Thi Minh Khai” This is the name of the street where I live. There are many foreigners and many house for foreigners. We can see many papers on the house door which were written “room for rent”. If you find it , just call to the number and you can check the room. When you talk to the owner , you should ask about monthly rent fee, deposit,electric bill, laundry and cleaning etc.. If you check all of them and you could accept them , you can contract . In Vietnam, most of places employ cleaning worker.  So we don’t need to clean my room by myself. In case of my room they clean my room up 2 times in a week.  And them service is pretty good. I am satisfied with them service. The average room monthly rent price is between 250$ ~ 400$ except electric bill. My room rent fee is 3...

There is  motorbike culture in Vietnam. I mean most of vietnamese people drive motorbike. The traffic jam always happen. Because compared to other countries, the provision of infrastructure is not satisfactory. Because there is no subway. So when they commit to the company, they use car or bus,mostly motorbike. Vietnam is developing fast nowadays but it is  not enough yet. When you walk on the street in Vietnam, please be careful. There are so much motorbikes. Specifically commuting time is so dangerous to across street there. The time is between 7am and 9am. And between 5pm and 7pm. No one cares about somebody else there. So be careful and just concentrate when yo are on the road in Vietnam.

Today I am going to talk about Gym in Vietnam. I love working out. I used to live in Canada. There is working out culture in Canada. That’s why I was into working out there. However before I started to live in Vietnam I was wondering whether there is a Gym. I was like “ Is there any Gym “ “How can I get a supplement  in Vietnam” Like that. I was worried. When I started to live in Vietnam , i was surprised. Because There are a lots of Gyms and Supplement stores in Ho Chi Minh City. When i drive motorbike in Ho Chi Minh City I can see many gyms even supplement stores. I guess there are a few of gyms each within a range of 1km. So I feel like nowadays working out have been getting popular in Vietnam. That is more than I thought before I came here. 1,About Gym Environment The environment of Gym in Vietnam is not bad. Today I am going to talk about Money in Vietnam. Prices in Vietnam is reasonable for me　. I mean the cost of living in Vietnam is actually cheap for Japanese. We can live with just 10$ in one day in Vietnam. I usually spend money less than 10$ in one day. Example( This is my ordinal life in Vietnam) Breakfast: Avocado smoothy 1$ A cup of coffee : 2$ Lunch: at Local restaurant 1$ A cup of tea:    2$ Dinner: at Local restaurant 2$ Total cost is 8$. That is entirely cheaper than Japan. Another example. A bottle of water : 20¢ A beer : 1$ A meal at local restaurant : 2$ A cup of coffee at cafeteria :2$ The starting taxi fee　: 60¢ etc… That’s why I love Vietnam. Today I woke up around 7 am. After  woke up I read a book till 8:30. Then i changed my clothes  and went to outside. My normal fashion style is like this pic. The weather of Vietnam is always hot. NO winter.  So i usually go to outside like that. However my all of fashion is black style so Sunlights makes my clothes so hot. The pic of the street in front of my house. They sell Vegetables, Fruits , Meats etc.. I always wonder whether those meats don’t spoil. I think those spoiled already. The outside is not good for them. So i will never buy any meats from them.
